Publicis Guangzhou appoints Low as GM

National - Publicis Guangzhou has promoted group creative director S.C. Low to general manager, responsible for the operational management of the Guangzhou office.
His promotion came after an announcement earlier that Ke Yang, MD for Publicis Guangzhou and national new business director for Publicis China was promoted to CEO for Publicis Beijing office.
Meanwhile, Publicis Beijing MD Marian Koa will take up a new role within the organisation.
Low joined Publicis Guangzhou as creative director in June 2006 where he worked on accounts such as Petronas, China Mobile and COBD Property.
Prior to Publicis Guangzhou, Low was creative partner at TBWA Singapore and before that an associate art director at Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore.
