Hong Kong - Wheelock Properties has appointed JWT Hong Kong to develop the creative theme for a new residential property project located in Wong Chuk Hang, Southern Hong Kong.
The agency won the account after a three-way pitch.
JWT confirmed the agency would be tasked to work on the first commercial building project, which is expected to launch next year, although there are plans to include more than one commercial building.
Meanwhile JWT Shanghai has landed the Diageo's Smirnoff brand as its aims to grab a larger slice of the China market.
JWT Shanghai MD Michiel Hofstee noted that in China, there was little awareness between the dark and white spirits.
"The market segment in the white spirit is relatively low, our job is to enhance the Smirnoff brand and teach consumers how to consume it". JWT will start on creative work for Smirnoff within the next few months.
U-Boat, an activation agency based in China, will continue to work on below-the-line activities for Smirnoff.
