Hong Kong - JWT creative directors Steven Li and Greg Sutcliffe will fill the shoes of outgoing group CD Glenn Bartlett until a replacement is found.
Bartlett this week resigned as JWT group creative director after just three months to return to Proximity China, the agency he originally left for JWT.
Desmond So, JWT CEO, said it would take "some time" to fill Bartlett's role, but in the interim Li and Sutcliffe will take an acting role.
"We are about to announce very soon who our next ECD is," So said.
So also rejected Bartlett's criticism that the agency was only "working on a few local clients".
"We have a very good balance of international and local clients," So added. "Again, over the last three months, we did work on a few local pitches and we are about to announce some encouraging results.
"Anyhow, Glenn only spent three months here during our transition period, I doubt his comment can truly reflect our position in the market."
