Rocket Fuel gets Mandel on board as advisor
Regional - Marketing agency Rocket Fuel has named chairman of IAB Singapore Ken Mandel to its board of advisors ahead of its expansion plans in Asia Pacific.
Mandel (pictured) is also currently the chairman of Digital Advertising Alliance, a board member of the Mobile Marketing Association Asia Pacific and a board council member of Design Singapore under the Ministry of Information, Communications & the Arts.
He is also a founder of Singapore-based venture firm Jam Ventures.
In his role as an advisor Mandel will lend his hands-on strategic guidance to Rocket Fuel which has a presence in seven U.S. cities and London and specialises in real-time ad targeting and optimisation.
He was previously VP at Yahoo! APAC, VP at OgilvyOne Asia Pacific, and CEO of Neo@Ogilvy Asia Pacific. Mandel has also held senior advertising management positions across the Asia Pacific region with Bates, 141 Worldwide, and XM Asia.
