JWT hires Sethi to head planning

Malaysia - JWT Malaysia has hired Kapil Sethi as its new strategic planning director to run the department overseeing brand planning for all its local clients.
Sethi (pictured) brings with him over 17 years of diversified work experience, setting up and heading the strategic planning functions in McCann Erickson, Bates and Grey Malaysia.
"This is a crucial appointment for us. Sethi brings with him a wealth of clients understanding and insight and a track record of working with some of the top clients in Malaysia. He is the perfect partner in growing our planning department and agency overall," Param Saikia, CEO of JWT Malaysia, said.His appointment is effective immediately and will see him partnering with Saikia and Edwin Leon, deputy chairman, JWT Malaysia.
