Singapore - Crush Advertising has promoted Frank Young to the position of MD and ECD to support the agency's growth plans - Young was previously the agency's CD.
In his new position Young, who assumed his CD role in January this year following then CD Kelvin Pereira's upward move to the regional post of group chief creative, is now tasked with leading Crush in its overall operations and strategic direction.
"Frank has contributed greatly to Crush and we believe in his potential to play a larger role in the management of the team. I am confident he will bring Crush to a higher level with his strong client focus, outstanding leadership abilities and passion for the business," Palani Pillai, CEO of TNBT International said.
"We'll be adding more horsepower into our structure and my goal will be to transform Crush into a highly-developed racing machine," Young said.
Young has been with Crush for five years, during which he worked on campaigns for clients such as FANCL, Millennium & Copthorne, Kao, AMK Hub, Sentosa Cove, Ricoh and MYOB.
