NationalĀ - TBWA\ China has landed the brief to relaunch one of the region's biggest online shopping portals Eachnet, after a three-way pitch.

Eachnet invited three agencies, which included TBWA\ China and 4A, to pitch for the re-launch campaign. The size of the account was not disclosed.

Over the next three months, TBWA\ China will help to relaunch the Eachnet brand in China and claw back share from its closest competitor Taobao, which has acquired a large number of loyal consumers in China's online shopping market.

Ruth Ang, managing director TBWA\ Shanghai, said the agency's "disruption" model was central to the win.

"This proves that TBWA\ has emerged as one of China's leading agencies, with recognition to its ā€˜disruption' concept and unique thinking in brand strategy," Ang said.

"We are delighted that Eachnet, one of the most popular online shopping sites in China, has decided to hand its advertising campaign for China market to us. This means that we now have the opportunity to introduce a newly revamped Eachnet to the online shoppers in China."
