Singapore - BBDO Singapore has promoted Andy Wilson to the position of head of planning where he will lead the regional and local planning group based in Singapore to develop strategic thinking for clients such as Visa, P&G, Fonterra, ICI and Mercedes.
Wilson will also chair the planning council for BBDO Asia which comprises of senior planners from across the region. According to BBDO, the promotion is in response to a greater emphasis being put on this very important discipline in light of new and existing business growth.
"I look forward to playing my part in building a formidable team of brand and consumer thinkers. We have a fantastic group of planners in Singapore and around the region, and some exciting regional initiatives in place, so we're going to be having a lot of fun over the next few months," Wilson said.
