Pulse Group bulks up with new research tools
Singapore - Pulse Group, a research process outsourcing company, has launched a new qualitative division and viewing facilities for focus groups to strengthen its research methodology offerings.
Pulse inked a strategic alliance in the online qualitative space with Itracks, an online solutions and software provider to roll out its new capabilities - the additional qualitative research services will be led by Pulse Group's new hire senior qualitative specialist Chan Choy Ping, whose appointment was reported in Marketing's 27 July bulletin Pulse boosts operations with new hires.
"We're starting to see a shift in the way qualitative research is conducted, where all or part of the fieldwork is outsourced, leaving the researcher more time to concentrate on the IP, analysis and insight generation," Chan said.
"We've seen increased interest in online methods in this region and we'r excited to round out our patented qualitative offerings with multi-lingual technical support in the Asian region," Jim Longo, Itracks VP, client development said.
