Former Ogilvy Singapore ECD and chairman joins BatesAsia

Asia Pacific - Former chairman and ECD of Ogilvy Singapore, Sonal Dabral will join BatesAsia 141 as regional ECD for Asia Pacific and as chairman for India - starting October.

"Sonal's appointment signals BatesAsia's commitment to elevate the creative prowess of our network and to produce the best, change-building work for our clients," Jeffrey Yu, president of BatesAsia said.

As regional ECD, Dabral will oversee BatesAsia's creative teams, working with Norman Tan, regional ECD for China and Taiwan and Robert Gaxiola, ECD, Singapore. Dabral will be based in Singapore for the first few months of his appointment and thereafter move to India.

Dabral, who replaces current chairman Mohammad Khan will report to Jeffrey Yu, president of BatesAsia and Digby Richards, COO of BatesAsia.
