Standard Chartered Bank marketer set for August break

Singapore - Head, marketing/BIU, consumer banking Singapore for Standard Chartered Bank, Patricia Sharma-Inglin will leave the company on 31 July and is expected to start a new role at an unspecified location in September.

Sharma-Inglin would not comment on her next destination but Marketing understands that the company is looking for a replacement. Until a new marketing/BIU head is found, senior manager BIU, Rajesh Gupta, and senior marketing manager, Stanley Teo will take over her duties after she leaves.

"It has been a pleasure working at SCB and I have learnt a great deal and hope to leverage it in my next role," she said.

She was at Standard Chartered Bank for over two years and reported directly to Ajay Kanwal, head of consumer banking of Singapore for Standard Chartered Bank.
