KFC launches push for its 'sogood' tagline
Singapore – KFC Singapore has launched a marketing campaign in conjunction with its newly launched 'sogood' tagline, comprising print, TV and outdoor ads.
The campaign will be aimed at introducing customers to KFC’s freshly prepared foods as it is rolled out in phases over the coming months.
As part of the celebration of the new tagline, KFC will be launching the Hearty Deal two piece chicken meal promotion at S$5.50, available until 5 April.
Virginia Ng, marketing director at KFC Singapore said: “We want every customer to come out of our restaurants thinking and feeling ‘sogood’ about their entire experience and we want to ensure that this is reflected in our branding.”
The company has also launched a ‘KFC sogood SNAP IT!’ photo contest on Facebook, inviting Singaporean residents to upload pictures showing them enjoying a KFC moment with a photo caption “sogood”. Winners will be chosen based on the number of votes by fellow Facebook users during the contest period between 1 March and 17 April.
The ‘sogood’ tagline was first rolled out in the US last year, and has recently been introduced in the UK and various parts of Asia.
