Senior editorial and operational changes at CNN

Hong Kong - CNN this afternoon announced the appointment of a number of senior editorial and operational positions, which in Hong Kong include managing editor Asia Pacific, Ellana Lee and executive producer for Hong Kong, Phil O'Sullivan.

Lee, who has been with CNN for 10 years, will oversee all programming and newsgathering resources regionally including the studio in Hong Kong, while O'Sullivan will take charge of daily programming and newsgathering production for the Hong Kong bureau.

CNN also announced a number of senior international changes including the promotion of Parisa Khosravi to the role of senior vice president international newsgathering and Will King to the role of senior operations director for CNN International.
