Singapore - Y&R Singapore has clinched a Ministry of Manpower (MOM) project aimed at encouraging CPF contributions as well as introducing the Workfare Income Supplement (WIS) scheme, following a pitch.

The win marks the agency's second chunk of government business in the last two weeks after Y&R was appointed to handle creative and media business for Changi Airport Terminal 3, as reported by Marketing.

This MOM project is the result of plans to introduce changes to CPF contribution and the brief was centered on encouraging core target groups to contribute CPF to benefit from WIS, which is a scheme that subsidises contribution to CPF for older employees - helping them remain employable. The integrated campaign will break in conjunction with the CPF changes.

"This is another significant win, further reinforcing MOM's confidence in our agency's ability to produce creative and effective work for them. MOM is no stranger to us as we have worked with them on previous campaigns before and I'm glad we have a chance to collaborate again," Tanuj Philip, MD, Y&R Singapore said.
