Hong Kong - Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) has tapped on JC Decaux Texon to launch its outdoor campaign aimed at creating awareness of the Cullinan by having a building wrap on what is said to be Hong Kong's tallest curtain wall residential building.

The campaign, which started at the beginning of this month and will run till the end of the year, features the building wrap covering an area of 3, 600 square metres as well as a neon light ring projecting from the Cullinan. SHKP targets to begin sales for the building during the fourth quarter of this year.

"Our client strives to look for some special outdoor advertising for this residential project, with International Commerce Centre standing next to it- they are the very last phase of development at Kowloon Station. To ride on the first-of-its-kind glass-curtain wall, the building wrap is truly original and makes a splash in town," a source from Fotocine Advertising Limited said.

"It was a great challenge for us to complete the project on this full curtain wall building under severe weather conditions. With collaboration and great efforts, the project completed successfully within 2 months despite the difficulties," Edward Poon, senior operations manager for JCDecaux Texon said.

Ashley Stewart, CEO for JCDecaux Texon added: "This building wrap is a great first for residential project. Especially designated for Sun Hung Kai Properties and initiated by JCDecaux Texon, the installation shows our capacity to continuously innovate, offer creative outdoor solutions to ensure maximum impact for every site and every brand."

Fotocine Advertising handled media buying and planning duties for this campaign.
