Don't make interviews conditional, and don't ask for questions in advance.

Usually the low-key approach. Anything with superlatives makes us suspicious.
10. Your attitude towards a free lunch?
Relationships are useful for both parties. There's always a place for a lunch, no matter who pays, but if you are taking a client you have to ask yourself, is CNN really going to be interested in their story?
