Singapore - Seven agencies are seeking to court the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore's (CAAS) tender for an ad agency to provide advertising consultancy services for Singapore's landmark Changi Airport.

Dentsu, Y&R, Euro RSCG, Pagesetters Services, Publicis Singapore, Rocket-X Media and TLG Communications are the seven that have thrown their hat into the ring for the account.

The brief calls for the agencies to create an advertising campaign that will drive the promotion of Changi Airport as a leading airport; media plans are also required. Apart from the overall marketing of Changi Airport, the strategic planning for the airport also involves the CAAS-identified key areas of airline and air cargo marketing and publicity of the airport's commercial events and activities. The resulting campaign will be targeted at the air travel community especially business travellers and travel agency representatives in Asia, Europe and the US.
