Hachette HK names Yeung MD and publisher

Hong Kong - Hachette Filipacchi Hong Kong (HFHK) has promoted Do Do Yeung to managing director and publisher responsible for overseeing the general operations of the company and ensuring the continuous growth of print media as well as the further development of new media business effective today.

She replaces Winnie Lau and now reports to Victor Visot, CEO of Greater China, Southeast Asia and Australia.

Yeung joined HFHK in 2001 as advertising director.

The consumer magazine publisher has also nabbed ex-One Media Group marketing director Sandy Ho as marketing director responsible for strategic marketing and promotion of all magazines within the group as well as working closely with the ad sales and circulation departments to develop and formulate tools, packages and events aimed at increasing business opportunities and brand image. Additional duties include promoting the websites of each publication and assisting in developing new media business.

Ho replaces Audrey Khong and reports directly to Yeung.

Prior to Ming Pao Group, she was the marketing manager for Sing Tao Limited and Hong Kong Standard.
