Singapore - Marketing research company Millward Brown has appointed Surekha Poddar as Regional Director for its Customer Loyalty Management (CLM) business in Asia Pacific, responsible for developing the organisation’s Customer Loyalty business across the Asia Pacific region using Walker Stakeholder Relationship Measurement and Management tools. This follows an exclusive agreement that Millward Brown APAC signed with Walker Information Inc. in June where the agency became a licensed member of the Walker Global Network.    “My greatest challenge right now is to work with the team to familiarise clients with our loyalty solutions and demonstrate how they can contribute to the success of their companies, across industries, in enhancing their relationships with their customers, employees and other stakeholders,” said Poddar, who reports to Neerja Wable, Head of Client Services in the region.  “Surekha brings with her a wealth of CLM experience in Telecom, Hospitality, Insurance, Financial Products and Logistics as well as Packaged Goods and Manufacturing -- since we took on the Walker franchise in Asia Pacific, our clients have shown much interest in CLM work and with Surekha’s help, we will now be able to provide our clients with solutions to their customer loyalty issues,” added Wable. Prior to her appointment, Poddar was based in India where she was Vice President of Customer Satisfaction Management and Measurement (CSMM) at IMRB International for over three years.
