Singapore - ESPN has expanded its events management team with the appointment of Harvey Davis, who will be taking on the role of Senior Director, Event Management Group for the company. Davis is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and financial performance of the team, managing event operations, client servicing and sponsorship sales as well as identifying new projects and revenue streams. With Harvey’s experience, expertise, and legal background, we’ll be able to raise the bar with the staging of world-class quality events that showcase the skills of Asian athletes to an Asia-wide and worldwide audience through our broadcast network,” said Manu Sawhney, Senior Vice President of Programming and Event Management Group, ESPN STAR Sports, whom Davis reports to.  Davis was previously based in New York for four years in a Senior Director role with International X Games. This new posting marks his return to Singapore where he previously handled the Asian X Games in Thailand, the Singapore Open ATP tennis tournament and the Tiger 5's Futsal event before his relocation to New York.
