Role Description:
The energetic HR professional who will be a key player in helping the organization meet its growth, profit and expansion plans through the provision of HR excellence. In this exciting and challenging role you will partner with business leaders to create business strategies, deploy them to the organization and create the environment and systems needed to support their delivery.
Requirements:
To be successful, you should have strong academic credentials with a degree in HRM or relevant discipline, ideally with 5+ years of experience. You will have an excellent track record to lead in a diverse and collaborative environment. You have strong cultural awareness and strong leadership skills. You should possess the analytical and creative skills to understand issues and develop creative solutions. Prior experience in a fast paced or FMCG Company is a great plus.
