Role Description:
We have Banking, Financial and Professional Services clients looking for senior HR Business Partners and HR Directors who will contribute to their business through the provision of senior level, generalist, HR management services.
Our clients require HR professionals with extensive generalist experience at senior organizational levels. Candidates will experience providing services to business head, Executive/Managing Director level clients with particular focus on senior level recruitment, performance and talent management, employee relations, change and project management.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a tertiary qualification in HR or a related field, minimum of eight years of generalist HR service provision including 4 years at senior levels, a positive and adaptable approach to their work and a demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships and consult at a senior business level. Preferably your industry experience will be from Banking, Financial or Professional services. Ability to initiate and drive solutions is essential along with a strategic perspective whilst maintaining a hands-on approach.
