Starcom bolsters research in Asia Pacific

Hong Kong - Starcom MediaVest Group has promoted Joanna von Felkerzam to a newly created role as director, research and insights for Asia Pacific.
In her new role, von Felkerzam is tasked to create and deliver a regional plan that is aligned with SMG's global research vision as well as lead and initiate local research plans for global and regional markets.
She will report directly to Kate Sirkin, EVP, global research director and work closely with regional CEOs; Bertilla Teo (Greater China), Ravi Kiran (South Asia), Jeffrey Seah (South East Asia) and John Sintras (Australia).
"I am confident of her (von Felkerzam) ability to lead her team in providing actionable insights about consumers and their connections with brands to deliver more human and future-focused brand experience platforms and partnership for our clients," Sirkin said.
von Felkerzam was director, insights and captivation for North Asia, prior to her promotion and she will continue to be based in Hong Kong.
She has 11 years of experience in marketing and advertising research and spent the past nine years working in research and consumer insights for SMG in Canada and Hong Kong.
