Emirates names lead for Malaysia

- Emirates names Kavin Martinus as manager for Malaysia
- He will oversee Emirates operations including marketing
- Succeeds Alban Lee
Malaysia – Emirates has appointed Kavin Martinus as its new manager for Malaysia overseeing operations for the airlines including marketing.
Martinus succeeds Alban Lee who retired after 13 years at the company.Prior to joining Emirates, Martinus was based in Bangkok as the regional manager for Jet Airways.
"Malaysia is an extremely important market within the airline’s network. Given Kavin’s experience and robust business acumen, we are confident he will lead Emirates to greater heights in Malaysia.” Richard Jewsbury, senior vice president, commercial operations Far East and Australasia for Emirates, said.
"We have a number of significant initiatives planned for the rest of the year and I look forward to working hand-in-hand with my team and our partners to make these a success," Martinus, said.
