BLOG - Blogger engagement has become such a popular tactic in Hong Kong even local pharmaceutical company Wai Yuen Tong has jumped on the bandwagon, as Agenda Hong Kong's Rudi Leung pokes fun at its lame effort to win him over.
While the technology and beauty brands have been wooing bloggers for a number of years now, this year, many marketers such as Starbucks, PCCW, HarbourCity and Ocean Park have been aggressive in organising blogger engagement programs to put themselves in front of these influencers.
For brands that are still new to this powerful communications channel, do at least find out the basics on how to impress a blogger or face the consequence of being mentioned in the hall of shame.
