Malaysia - Fleishman-Hillard has promoted Joycelyn Lee and Kelvin Lim to the role of vice president and digital strategist respectively.
As VP, Lee will be responsible for overall client service and business development, assisting general manager Ku Kok Peng.
In his new role, Lim will oversee strategic planning and counselling for clients embarking on digital communications programmes. F-H said he will also "advocate the critical role of digital communications" to the industry while playing a "key role in formulating and executing internal and external training programmes related to the digital sphere."
