Malaysia – BBDO Malaysia creatives Theo Tan and Tan Giap How have left to join Saatchi & Saatchi's new hub office based in Singapore.
Yesterday, it was revealed the agency had merged its Singapore and Malaysian offices to create a single agency structure.
It is understood the agency will keep both offices running.
Singapore ECD Richard Copping [pictured] has taken on the role of head of art for Singapore and Malaysia while Malaysia ECD Adrian Miller takes on the role of ECD for both markets.
"I believe they are very integrated. They not only think about an idea but how it can grow, and they are a ‘hungry’ team," Copping said of his new hires.
On the merging of the two offices, Dean Taylor, CEO Malaysia & Singapore said there will be "no job losses."
"Quite the opposite. We’re looking to expand the Singapore office because more people are going to be hubbing out of here with another big client coming in," he said.
