Harris Interactive president departs
HARRIS INTERACTIVE PEOPLE DEPARTURES
Hong Kong - Following Harris Interactive's aggressive hiring, Asia president Anthony Venus has decided to leave the company and relocate to Sydney.Venus has been the president for Asian operations since August 2007.
He co-founded MarketShare in 2002, a private Asian research firm that has offices in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Venus will officially leave Harris in the middle of November where he would pursue a career in private equity.
The current managing director of Europe, Robert Salvoni will expand his role to take on the position of managing director of Asia as well.
In an internal memo sent to its staff, Kimberly Till, president and CEO for Harris Interactive said, "The opportunities for growth in the Asia region are vast, and I am confident that Robert and the rest of the Asia team will facilitate our rapid expansion and growth in this key region". ________________________________________________________________________________
