Hong Kong - Career Times, a local English recruitment weekly for business executives, has appointed interactive media sales network Pixel Media as its exclusive display ad sales representative for its website, Careertimes.com.hk.
"Pixel Media has a proven track record and already helps major websites in Hong Kong and throughout the Asia region to generate advertising income through the internet as well as established strong working relationships with advertisers and agencies," Eric Lee, business development director of Career Times said.
"Advertisers are getting increasingly sophisticated in their selection of media in this fragmented media world and the internet has proven to be a medium of choice on the back of growing internet usage in Hong Kong and through out the world. When it comes to selecting the right website, what really matters to advertisers is the brand and quality of audience," Kevin Huang, chief executive of Pixel Media said.
Under the partnership, Pixel Media will handle ad sales in display advertising and sponsorships for Careertimes.com.hk. The network will work with advertisers and their agencies from a variety of sectors including education, banking and finance, business services, mobile, technology and property to promote their products and services on Career Times' online portal.
The Career Times' sales team will continue to sell recruitment advertising on both print and online.
