Yang moves from JWT to DDB
Singapore - Thomas Yang has moved from his role at JWT Singapore as associate creative to DDB Singapore.
Yang, who joined JWT four years ago, has previously had stints as head of art/creative group head at M&C Saatchi Singapore and as associate creative director at 10AM Communiations. He has also worked at Lowe, BBDO and Ogilvy.
At JWT Yang worked with Joji Jacob, who he will now report to at DDB. During his career Yang has won awards at Cannes, The One Show, AdFest, Clio and D&AD.
"We're really kicked that Thomas Yang is joining us. He is probably the best art-based creative leader in Singapore. He'll help us in our integration drive and to create and lead work that gives our clients an unfair advantage in the market," Jacob, executive creative director at DDB/Rapp Singapore, said in a statement.
