Regional - The Asia Pacific CEO for iris Worldwide Richard Bleasdale will step down from his role at the end of 2009 while a replacement is set to be named in the near future.
"It's been an incredibly challenging and enjoyable period," Bleasdale said in a statement. "Helping to mould and shape the iris network and offering across Asia Pacific over a couple of years."
Stewart Shanley, global CEO for iris Worldwide said: "Richard has been great for us, he's worked tirelessly to build capability in Asia Pacific. He's helped attract some great talent into the group and enabled iris to grow at in excess of 100% in the region during his tenure.
"We fully respect his decision to move on and wish him all the best, in whatever he chooses to do next. In line with our senior succession plans, we have already identified a replacement for Richard that we will announce in the near future."
Bleasdale began his regional role with iris early last year, having been the group managing director for DDB Group Singapore and president and managing partner for Rapp Collins Asia Pacific.
