Aegis hands trading director role to David Ho

Malaysia - Aegis Media Malaysia has promoted David Ho to the new position of trading director.
"David's primary role will be to oversee negotiations and buying [media and research], benchmarking [rates, media performance], strategic partnership initiatives, client contracts, brilliant basics training and implementation," Margaret Lim, executive chairman for Aegis Malaysia, said.
Ho's experience includes clients in automotive, banking, personal care, Telco, FMCGs , property and government accounts.
Recently, he developed and launched a project with Maxis which allowed readers of Utusan Malaysia, Sin Chew Daily and The Star to have free access to news via the mobile internet on the Maxis network until 31 October 2009.
