Singapore - Prudential Singapore has launched a branding campaign called Help Ed, with a series of stunts across Singapore, to reach out to those affected by the recession.
The campaign, running on outdoor and digital platforms, asks people to visit helped.com.sg to advice the central character ‘Ed' who was retrenched last month and his investment portfolio reduced by 40%. He further got into a car accident and was not given his $20,000 compensation. And to make things worse, he needs to undergo angioplasty.
Those who advice, stand to win prizes like MacBook Air Laptops, Blackberry Bolds and Asus Eee PCs. Mindshare has worked with Prudential on the campaign.
As part of the campaign Prudential has also launched a Facebook Fan Page. The competition runs until 4 September.
