Posterscope eyes China's airways
Beijing - Posterscope Worldwide has launched its airport media brand PSI in China, opening offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
PSI, an airport media specialist under the Posterscope Worldwide group, will be overseen by Jay Lin, CEO of Heartland, Posterscope’s Chinese operation. PSI said it already holds seven staff across the three offices.
Further support will be provided by the company’s London office to strengthen the PSI brand in China and bring expertise to airport advertisers.
PSI clients in China and Hong Kong including Samsonite, Total Oil and Hitachi.
The brand is active in some 100 airports across the world and has in excess of US$100 million in worldwide billings.
The move to China will also allow PSI, from its headquarters in London and its PSI Asia hub in Singapore, to achieve “enhanced synergies and consistencies through the export of best practice around the globe”.
“In a vastly fragmented airport advertising market, PSI China will not only help international clients tap into the huge potential of Chinese airports, but also provide a credible link with the rest of the world's airports for China-based clients through a committed, passionate and incredibly experienced team,” Lin said via a statement.
PSI's proprietary tools include an audience data system Prism Air Profiler, an online management tool Prism air VIP, a creative service Prism Air Creative and a price tracking tool Prism Air Benchmark.
