USP? Being creative and visually driven, as well as organic, in our approach to stories.

Preferred PR approach? Email is best.

Worst time to contact you? Weekends and public holidays.

Preferred day for attending events? Any work day is fine.

Deadlines and materials?

We work about three months ahead.

Dos and don'ts when approaching you? Do be clear about your pitch, comprehensive with information and upfront with objectives. Don't send us an email addressed to our competitor.

Best PR approach so far?

None stands out at the moment.

Your attitude towards a free lunch? Time is money, so how can the lunch be free?

Deadlines and materials Three months before the date of publishing.

Dos and don'ts when approaching you? Email invites are my least favourite, as it can get impersonal. I love creative invitation cards.

Best PR approach so far? The best has yet to come.

Your attitude towards a free lunch? It allows me to spend quality time with my business partners. Many wonderful story ideas have been borne out of lunch meetings.

Deadlines and materials? A lead time of two-and-a-half to three months should be safe.

Dos and don'ts when approaching you? Do be succinct. Do know when to back off when an angle doesn't work.

Best PR approach so far? The best PR people are knowledgeable and patient, inventive without trying too hard, and have excellent follow-through.

Your attitude towards a free lunch? It can be an opportunity to touch base and build relationships.
