High5 shows appetite for sandwich market

Malaysia – High5 is targeting 60% of the sandwich bread market with the launch of Sure Value 500.

The company is leveraging on its 18,000 strong distribution centres to sell, in addition to its in-store sampling and POSM on High5 bread stands and retail shelves.  

The launch was also in conjunction with its 10th year anniversary. 

Other initiatives are TVC as well as radio advertisements.

JWT is the creative agency and Vizeum handled the media buying duties. 

"We are introducing the Sure Value 500 sandwich loaf with a packaging design inspired by the colours of the Jalur Gemilang. What better way to show our gratitude to Malaysians by introducing a value-for-money bread loaf, affordably priced to help consumers weather the current economic downturn," Dato’ Jackson Tan, group managing director of Silver Bird Group Berhad, said.
