Fluid builds on property media market
Hong Kong - Fluid Publishing will expanded its portfolio of titles into the property and lifestyle sector with the launch of quarterly magazine Loft.
Launching from 1 October with a controlled circulation, the title will target professionals, financiers and entrepreneurs with a strong interest in property and wealth management.
Fluid said it is working with a number of commercial partners to deliver the publication directly to the hands of highly educated, senior-level professionals with an international lifestyle.
Fluid Media will oversee media sales for the print magazine and its associated digital offerings.
Simon Squibb, managing director for Fluid Publishing, said the global property market has been in a state of "considerable flux" over the past 18 months which has significantly affected many personal investors.
But he said he was confident Loft would "hit the spot" with advertisers.
"We see this as the perfect time to launch a publication like Loft which will take some of the uncertainty out of property investment and create a much needed resource for individuals and professionals to refer to with confidence," he said.
"This audience is hard to reach and unlikely to read many of the more fashion focused lifestyle publications currently on the market."
