Singapore - Leo Burnett Singapore has made a string of new additions to its team, hiring Yu Sheng Sin as creative group head as well as ex-BBDO head of Art, Alex Lim - Angela Koch arrives from the Hong Kong office as planning director.
"The appointment of Angela, Sheng and Alex underscores the agency's naked ambition to lead and not to follow. As we move beyond the traditional agency model, seasoned professionals will play a key role in our success," Kurt Viertel, MD for Leo Burnett Singapore said in a statement.
Yu will now lead the creative team for the newly acquired Court's business while Lim, who's appointment was first reported in Marketing's 27 April bulletin, will primarily be responsible for the regional SK II P&G brand. ECD for Leo Burnett Singapore, Chris Chiu, had previously worked with the two new creatives and said "the vibe in the office that these two will add to what I think is already a very strong creative department".
Koch's appointment as planning director rounds up the agency's new senior leadership team. Previously, she was head of planning on the P&G Greater China business.
