Tesco picks Posterscope for out-of-home

- Tesco hands OOH advertising account to Posterscope
- Kinetic, Navia Asia and Media Pertiwis said to have pitched
- Follows shortly after Tesco appointed Zenith to media account
Malaysia – Hypermarket, Tesco Stores has handed its out-of-home advertising account to Posterscope following a pitch which included Kinetic, Navia Asia and Media Pertiwi.
"Our understanding of the OOH landscape, innovation and better use of OOH planning tools in planning and buying were differentiating factors for us winning Tesco’s account and we are extremely happy with the success," Bala Pomaleh, managing director of Posterscope, said.
Tesco Malaysia marketing director, Paul Morris said the company recognized the "uniqueness and complexities of outdoor media buying" and we felt Posterscope was the right outdoor media agency to deliver its outdoor media buy needs.
Recently, Tesco ended its eight year partnership with Mediaedge:cia by appointing Zenith Media to its media account.
