Singapore - NCS Group has appointed XPR as its PR agency of record for NCS Portal City and its operated portals.
NCS is a vendor-independent IT and communications engineering solutions provider with presence in Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.
XPR is now tasked with an integrated communications programme that blends traditional media outreach, with channels engagements such as blogs, social media networks and user-generated content destinations.
A business unit with NCS, NCS Portal City provides a range of comprehensive services including portal conceptualisation, hosting and management, online community engagement among others. Some of its portals are NS Portal ns.sg, One.Motoring.com, publictransport.sg, myecitizen.sg and movinghouse.sg.
XPR was recently named the PR agency of record for Dell.
