Role Description:

You will be part of a team to manage the ongoing project implementation of different modules in SAP HR/Payroll. Your key responsibilities include the full range of activities from facilitation of requirement study, data conversion and documentation from a business perspective, user training, golive activities to maintaining daily operation of the SAP HR application including assigning roles and authorisation, issue log management, vendor management, user management. You will also act as the central contact point for vendor and end-user.

Requirements:

• A good Degree in Computer Science or IT or HR related disciplines
• 2-3 years SAP HR/Payroll implementation experience
• Completed at least 1 full project implementation, with good knowledge of SDLC and HR processes
• Experience in Project Management methodology
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who is self-motivated and able to thrive in a demanding work environment
