Yeo’s leverages football sponsorship
- Yeo's starts marketing campaign
- Features four sponsored footballers
- Ads in three MRT stations
Singapore - Yeo's has officially launched its new "H-TWO-O: The Winning Formula" advertising campaign which features four of the biggest names in Singapore football.
The four players are Lionel Lewis, Noh Alam Shah, Ridhuan Muhammad and Hariss Harun. They are all on personal endorsement deals with H-TWO-O, the second year that Yeo's has signed on individuals to endorse their product and spearhead their marketing campaign.
This year the marketing campaign sees the H-TWO-O ads at MRT Stations such as City Hall, Bugis and Tampines. City Hall and Bugis have the ads on the door panels while at Tampines they are plastered on the entire inner walls of the station for a seven-week period.
"Sports sponsorship forms a critical part of our H-TWO-O isotonic brand. We do a lot of sports sponsorship and event marketing - particularly with local football," Wong Lye Yin, Yeo's marketing manager, said.
"We also work with the athletes by going out to primary and secondary schools and giving rehydration clinics. We want to get this education in when they're at a young age. We aspire to be a sports hub in Singapore so we get the players involved with schools to help make it happen."
