- Partnership runs across Asia
Asia - PR firm Edelman and online intelligence service provider Brandtology has joined hands to offer end-to-end online analytics services to marketers across Asia.
Aiming to manage risks and opportunities in engaging with consumers online, Brandtology brings to the partnership its Digital Conversation Management System (DCMS) tool that analyses what is being said about the brands by consumers.
"This partnership puts powerful, analytical dashboard tools in the hands of Edelman' consultants which aim to deliver deeper online analytics that can shape more successful online engagements," John Kerr, regional director of Edelman Digital Asia Pacific, said.
Under the agreement, both the firms will develop joint intellectual property, undertake co-marketing activities and conduct training on the use of DCMS tool for Edelman consultants across the region.
The partnership covers markets like Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China among others. The next round of the roll out, in a few months from now, will cover markets like India, Japan and Korea.
Brandtology, started last year in Singapore, has since expanded to markets like Australia, Malaysia and China.
