Art Hong Kong tweets to art lovers
Hong Kong - The Hong Kong International Art Fair has returned this year and appointed Fluid Group to drive its social media marketing initiatives under a one year contract.
Among the initiatives, Fluid has set up a Twitter component for ArtHK that now has more than 250 followers.
Simon Squibb, managing director for Fluid, said the appointment illustrates the ever-changing face of digital and client's increasing need to integrate popular online channels into their overall communication plan.
He said this is especially true for fan-based products such as art.
Squibb disclosed they are speaking with more and more clients wishing to engage new technologies and marketing options such as social media.
"These channels can be highly effective but there's an art to making them work for business, " he cautioned.
He added Fluid has over eight years of digital and creative marketing expertise and is in a position to help clients "harness the power of these new marketing tools".
