Triple threat at Iris Sydney
- Iris Sydney makes senior appointments
- Part of a sustained recruitment drive
- Due to increased workload from big clients
Australia - Integrated marketing agency iris has made three new appointments in its Sydney office, recruiting former TBWA creative Tom Hoskins as creative director as well as Marketing Store's Emma Norris and Publicis Mojo's Ian Cassidy as board director and planning director respectively.
The appointments come as part of a recruitment drive following an increased workload from clients such as adidas, Shell and Sony Ericsson.
Richard Bleasdale, iris's regional CEO for APAC, said: "These three key appointments are a real statement of our intent to be the leading integrated marketing agency in Australia and the wider APAC region. Tom, Ian and Emma are huge talents and I'm delighted that they're coming on board to help us establish iris as the new way to be a global marketing agency."
Hoskins joins from Whybin\TBWA Sydney. He will oversee iris Sydney's creative operations across all its key accounts, which include adidas, Sony Ericsson and Shell.
Norris was formerly business unit director at The Marketing Store and he will be responsible for building on the strong relationship that iris has with Sony Ericsson, as well as developing new business opportunities.
Cassidy was most recently a senior strategic planner at Publicis Mojo and he will seek to improve the strategic capabilities of the iris Sydney office and develop the role of planning and innovation.
