Singapore - Text 100 Public Relations has launched a new set of organisational leadership consulting services designed to help CXOs communicate effectively during the current turbulent business environment.

These are Authentic Leadership Communications, New Era Crisis Communications, and Measurement & Brand Value Optimisation. The new services are intended to manage negative news with minimal risk, build confidence in the future and at the same time demonstrate return on PR investment (ROI).

Authentic Leadership Communications is a product designed to map and connect business leaders on both emotional and rational level depending on the spokesperson's personal style and message. 

Measurement and Brand Value Optimization, developed by Text 100's research arm, Context Analytics, creates dual models of PR ROI measurement namely ‘Competitive mindshare mapping at a glance' which tracks reputation progress on a weekly or monthly basis and secondly, ‘Brand Value Optimization' which is based on marketing mix modeling that helps clients monitor the moving parts that constitute their brand and sell their product.
