Citrus PR bags account

Singapore - Citrus PR has picked up a new account in the form of Singapore-based customer service firm UP Your Service! College.

Citrus PR will consult with the company's management team on positioning and new media communications. UP Your Service! College provides integrated customer service education and service culture building programmes.

Ian Grundy, Citrus PR CEO, said the agency was appointed after an evaluation process. There was no incumbent on the account.

Ron Kaufman, founder of UP Your Service! College, said: "Citrus PR's expertise in positioning and new media solutions was a key factor in our decision to work with them. The firm will work closely with our in-house marketing and web team and will be integral as we expand into new markets".
