BBDO takes away Kapal Api

  • BBDO wins creative account for Indonesia's largest-selling coffee brand.
  • Incumbent of eight years, Lowe & Partners Malaysia declined to pitch.

Malaysia - PT Santos Jaya Abadi has appointed BBDO Malaysia to the creative account for its Kapal Api Coffee product which is Indonesia's largest-selling coffee brand.

The account came into play less than two months ago when as many as three agencies pitched for the creative account. Incumbent of eight years, Lowe & Partners Malaysia declined to pitch for the business.

Both BBDO and Lowe declined to comment on the news, however sources close to the pitch confirmed.
