Saatchi & Saatchi appoints regional Asia CEO

Asia - The former brand director of Orange in the UK, Justin Billingsley, has been appointed as the new regional chief executive for Saatchi & Saatchi Asia.
Saatchi & Saatchi had not confirmed the appointment at time of writing, though several international reports have confirmed Billingsley's departure from Orange at the end of May. Billingsley will be replaced by Orange's head of brand communications, Spencer McHugh.
The news comes two years after Billingsley's switch from Nokia to Orange while his new job at Saatchi & Saatchi Asia will be his first role in an advertising agency. It is not yet known which office the Australian will work out of.
