Tribal DDB gets to design Changi online
- CAAS selects Tribal DDB
- This follows its corporatisation in July this year
- DDB tasked to launch website
Singapore - The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) has awarded Tribal DDB the task of developing and maintaining its new corporate website for Changi Airport.
The appointment follows a tender that was started in February this year. CAAS manages the Singapore Changi Airport and is a statutory board under the Ministry of Transport (MOT). From July this year, the operations of Changi Airport will be corporatised and CAAS will be separated into the regulator, Civil Aviation Authority and the airport operator tentatively named NewCo (New Company).
The website would therefore aim to reflect the new role and direction that the NewCo will undertake in the operations of Changi Airport. According to the tender specifications, the vision of the NewCo is to continue to hold its position as an airport that makes the whole travel experience an enjoyable one, with one of the safest and most efficient air hubs in the world.
